Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.


Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. The selected candidate will be submitted for SCI access and will be subject to a polygraph. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.



Preferred, but not required, to have an advanced technical certification, consistent with DoD 8140.01 (IAT-III) requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills required to coordinate with the program and government staff. The Program Manager must have:

  • Program Management experience
  • Strong communications skills (written, spoken)
  • Experience presenting cost, schedule and technical information to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to understand and analyze program financial data
  • Experience with program finance and contracts
  • Strong experience cultivating and maintaining relationships, and team leadership


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all CDRLs are delivered on time
  • Effectively manage contract cost and schedule
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure both government and company stakeholders are fully aware of contract status and issues
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Ensure program timelines are consistent with contract requirements
  • Conduct briefings and provide metrics as required
  • Develop and maintain project and program schedules
  • Track program schedules and define dependencies
  • Guide the successful completion of major programs and projects
  • Leads team to identify and quantify risks and opportunities; leads risk mitigation / opportunity capture activities
  • Assist with strategy development and program execution throughout the contract's lifecycle
  • Identify scope changes and develop cost and schedule estimates
  • Develops customer relationships and develops new business within the market/program
  • Lead the program team to meet the financial and business growth goals of the organization
  • Responsible for maximizing profit and cash flow of products/programs
