Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or field or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Candidates must show a sophisticated understanding of statistical analysis and complex intelligence policies and procedures, and must demonstrate the capacity to successfully support General Dynamics Mission Systems' intelligence operations.
A TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Polygraph security clearance is required at time of hire. Candidate must be able to obtain the Polygraph within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Insider Threat Analysts analyze information and intelligence and develop research studies and recommendations pertaining to potential security threats to the work of our clients. These employees also provide intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multilateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility and Areas of Interest. Insider Threat Analysts handle requirements and collection management, as well as the analysis and evaluation of data assessment strategies.
